You may pick-up pre-ordered and ready-made cakes at our Tandang Sora Branch: 101B Jorjo Building 433 Tandang Sora Quezon City

Our assigned cake artists in Pet Lovers Centre Branch are only available Tuesdays to Sundays. But we have ready-made stocks available in all Pet Lovers Centre branches daily.

How do I order?
All orders should be made through our website www.makeandbakeforpets.com  

How do I pay for my order?
When you checkout, the different payment methods will be displayed. Our current payment methods are the following:

 

Ordering & Payment

• Do you have a lead time for orders?
  Custom cakes require 2-3 days lead time. 
  
  We have ready-made cakes available for same day pick up. 
   

• How to order?
  All orders should be made through our website - www.makeandbakeforpets.com
  
  
• When should I pay for my order?
  Payments should be made at least 2 days prior to pick-up date. Slots will only be reserved once proof of full payment has been sent.
  
  Should the client fail to send proof of payment 2 days prior to the pick-up date, the slot assigned will be given to other clients.

• Do you deliver?
  No. But you may arrange your own pick up courier - also available to selected Rizal, Laguna, Cavite areas.
  
  

• What if no one is available to receive my order?
  Should you fail to pick up your order at the scheduled date of pick-up, it will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given.
  
  

• Can I change my order?
  The date of payment is also the final date for any changes in colors, size, flavors, design, and delivery details. Any changes made after the date of payment cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

 

Our Products

• Can humans eat the treats?
  Yes the treats are safe for human consumption however, you might not like the taste because the cakes are vegetable and meat-based and it doesn't contain sugar, or salt like the usual human cakes.
  
  
• Do your treats contain dog food?
  No, we do not use any form of dog food. All our ingredients are human-grade, and fresh from the market. Some of the herbs we use come from our home garden, to make sure it’s free from pesticides and other harmful chemicals.
  
  

• What ingredients do you use?
  We use all-natural and human-grade food. Even our novelty and 3D cakes are vegetable and meat-based. We make our own food colors from scratch and are also fruit and vegetable-based.
  
  

• What if my dog has allergies?
  We can customize your order depending on the needs of your furkid. All custom orders are subject to additional fees. Please consult first with your veterinarian for any allergy-related concerns of your furkids prior placing an order with us. We won't be responsible for any cases that might arise/occur due to known/unknown allergies, if the customer still pushes thru with their order/s. 
  
  

• Do you use artificial ingredients?
  No, we do not use any artificial flavor, color, and ingredients.
  
  

• How much are your cakes?
  Cakes start at 230php, you may check our website for complete details and prices.
  
  

• Do you cater for parties?
  Yes! You may send us an email at hello@makeandbakeforpets.com for custom packages.
  
  
  
• How long is the shelf life of the cakes and treats?
  Cakes may be kept in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Our dehydrated treats and biscuits are vacuum sealed and have desiccants, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 year.
  
  

• What's the difference between a portrait cake, 3D Topper, and 3D Face Cake?
